A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (local time) at the City Hall,
Hartford City, Indiana. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is strongly recommended.

Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Hartford City Phase 4 CSO Mitigation Project will
be received by the City of Hartford City, Board of Public Works and Safety, at the Public Works
Department located at City Hall, located at 700 N. Walnut St., Hartford City, IN 47348 until 12:00
p.m. (local time) on May 18, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Board of
Public Works and Safety meeting scheduled to take place at 12:00 p.m. (local time) on the same
date. Any Bids received later than the above time and date will be returned unopened.
