A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10:00am local time, Brownsburg Community School Corporation Administration Building, 310 Stadium Drive, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112, Entry #7. Immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting, an opportunity to tour the project site will be offered. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting may be required for a Bid to be considered responsive.

If you need your documents shipped, although the system will ask for your shipper number, plan holders will not be able to ship using their own shipper numbers for this job. Shipping charges (based on the weight of one set - see Spec Sheets tab) are paid to Eastern Engineering and are posted on the Spec Sheets tab.
